Return & Refund Policy (B2B & Export)

Home Innovators (Pvt) LTD maintains the highest standards in textile manufacturing. Because our products are Make-to-Order and involve international logistics, our return policy is governed by the following professional trade terms:

1. Quality Assurance & Inspection

All shipments undergo a rigorous 4-point inspection system before leaving our facility in Multan. We encourage all international clients to appoint a third-party inspection agency (such as SGS or Intertek) prior to shipment to ensure the goods meet the agreed-upon technical specifications (GSM, Yarn Count, Color Fastness).

2. Claims for Defective Goods

In the event of manufacturing defects or deviations from the approved “Counter Sample”:

  • Notification: Claims must be submitted in writing to info@askgpt.homeinnovators.pk within 15 days of the goods arriving at the port of destination.

  • Evidence: Detailed photographs, lab test reports, or video evidence of the discrepancy must be provided.

  • Resolution: If the claim is verified, Home Innovators (Pvt) LTD will offer a credit note, a discount on the current invoice, or a replacement in the subsequent shipment, as per the signed Proforma Invoice (PI).

3. Non-Returnable Items

As a custom manufacturer, the following are strictly non-returnable:

  • Custom-dyed fabrics or printed textiles produced to client-specific pantone shades.

  • Goods produced according to client-approved strike-offs/samples.

  • Items damaged during transit due to carrier negligence (claims must be filed with the insurance provider).

4. Cancellation of Orders

Once a Production Deposit is received and the looms are set, orders cannot be canceled. Any cancellation prior to shipping will result in the forfeiture of the deposit to cover raw material costs (Yarn/Dyes).

5. Refund Method

Refunds for B2B transactions are processed via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) or as a credit against the next Letter of Credit (L/C). We do not offer cash or credit card refunds for bulk export orders.

6. Governing Law

Any disputes arising from international shipments are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Multan, Pakistan, and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Incoterms 2020.
