1. Business Status

Home Innovators (Pvt) Ltd operates exclusively as a B2B (Business-to-Business) textile manufacturer and exporter. This website serves as a digital catalog for professional inquiries and is not an e-commerce retail store.

2. Request for Quote (RFQ) Process

  • All products listed are for wholesale and bulk inquiry purposes.

  • Submission of an RFQ does not constitute a binding contract.

  • Official orders are only established after the issuance and signing of a Proforma Invoice (PI) and the receipt of an agreed-upon production deposit.

3. Product Specifications

As a manufacturer, we produce goods according to client-specific requirements. While we strive for accuracy in our digital catalog:

  • Minor variations in color, GSM, and weave may occur based on yarn lots and dyeing processes.

  • Bulk production will strictly follow the “Counter Sample” approved by the client.

4. Payments & Trade Terms

  • We do not process automated payments through this website.

  • All financial transactions are conducted via secure bank-to-bank channels (T/T or L/C).

  • Standard trade terms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW) will be specified in each individual commercial agreement.

5. Order Cancellation

Because our manufacturing is Make-to-Order, cancellations are not permitted once the raw materials (yarn/dyes) have been procured or the looms have been set.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, technical specifications, and imagery on this site are the property of Home Innovators (Pvt) Ltd. Unauthorized use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Home Innovators (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for any delays in shipping caused by factors outside our direct control, including port strikes, global shipping congestion, or “Force Majeure” events.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Multan, Punjab.
